Workplace at Agora 2025

Dear all,

we strive to continually create a positive work culture for all of us. Therefore, we would like to carry out a short organization-wide employee survey. This survey will take 15 minutes to fill out and it will remain open until the 22nd of June.

We have not included any questions regarding the professional development model and feedback process since we have sent out a separate survey on this as we were receiving the documentation.

We hope that the results will help us take the right actions to make Agora an even better workplace. All answers are anonymous, the individual responses will remain confidential and we will only share the aggregated information with everyone in the weeks following the survey. Your answers will provide us with baseline data that we can use to implement the right strategies and action plans.
